Proudly Serving Military Families
Discovering that your child has autism can be overwhelming and challenging…
Comprehensive Autism Center, Inc. was founded on the premise that children diagnosed with autism can lead productive lives with early, effective intervention. Our team of experts is caring, professional and works in collaboration with each child, family, therapy team and other field specialists to ensure a successful outcome. At Comprehensive Autism Center, we have Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are caring and dedicated to creating ABA programs specifically designed for your child to build on his or her distinctive needs and strengths. A positive and systematic approach to teaching practical skills and reducing maladaptive behaviors is used. Parents and family members are taught strategies to incorporate throughout their child’s daily routine.

Steps to receiving Autism Services at CAC
- 1. Diagnosis
- Once you receive a diagnosis from your child’s Primary Care Manager (PCM), the PCM will fill out paperwork to submit to the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)
- 2. ECHO
- Register your child in the Extended Care Health Options (ECHO). ECHO case manager will give you a list of authorized Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Providers which include Comprehensive Autism Center.
- 3. Receive Services
- CAC/ASD Provider will conduct a functional assessment and develop your child’s Behavioral Plan. The Behavioral Plan is then submitted to ECHO case manager for authorization. Once authorized, services will start.
