Positions
Behavior Technicians
Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with autism. As an RBT you will work under the guidance of a BCBA to teach young children with autism communication and social skills while supporting behavior management.
CAC offers paid training, advancement opportunities and a system that allows you to define your goals and career path.
Minimum requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a minimum of a high school diploma and be able to pass a background check.
Behavior Analysts
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) supervise a manageable caseload of clients and are responsible for providing tasks such as direct and indirect assessments, designing treatment plans, parent training and support to RBTs.
CAC’s clinical infrastructure is designed to provide training and support in a collaborative environment. BCBAs are offered routine support and guidance to maximize growth and clinical expertise.
Minimum Requirements: Current BCBA certificate with the ability to be credentialed with a number of private, commercial and other third-party insurances (Tricare, Aetna, etc).
